- Payments for products and services will be made up front. No products will be dispatched to customers without payment. If an order remains unpaid after seven days it will be cancelled.
- Following payment we will pack and book pickup for your order, as we work tirelessly to dispatch all orders within two working days, in accordance with our delivery policy. Once the delivery tracking number has been generated the order cannot be cancelled, as we have to pay for the shipping upfront. Please see our returns and refund policy for shipped items.
- All crystal products are for external use only, and must not be inserted into the body whatsoever. Just don’t fucking do it! We are not liable for any rogue crystal insertions.
- Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales
