Sometimes this means sending your item back to us. There is usually a return address on the address label we print to send you your item, but don’t worry if you didn’t keep this as we can give this to you when we speak. As a small business we are unable to offer free returns, however once we have the item/s back we will refund your original spend in its entirety. We recommend using a signed for service for peace of mind.
