Delivery & Collection Policy

1) All postages are sent via Royal Mail, unless it is a large order. Normal postage is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Overseas Postage is sent International Tracked & Signed at a fixed price up to 2 kg.  In the unlikely event that your order weighs more than 2 kg, we will get in touch with your to discuss costs and arranging for a different courier.  Prices will be revised periodically to ensure that customers get the best deal.

2) All UK orders of £45 or more will qualify for free delivery as long as customers select this option at the checkout. This will be sent Tracked 48 for unless a local pick up has been arranged. This does not apply to orders from outside of the UK yet, but we are working on it.

3) We do not buy any packaging. We are currently reusing packaging to keep costs down and to be more environmentally friendly, so we will keep doing this. This also means that we don’t add a packaging fee to your order and only charge for postage.  Any plastic used to protect products comes from materials that we have had delivered in other packages, so we’re giving it another life beyond a single use.  We encourage you to recycle or reuse the packaging and help our planet too.

4) For UK delivery there is a guaranteed delivery option at the checkout if you want your items sooner, or if you just want peace of mind. It is the Royal Mail next day tracked delivery service, so it will be the next working day from when it is sent out. Be mindful that is ‘next working day’ so if you are ordering on a Thursday night or a Friday you may want to select a different postage option as the next working day will be the Monday. This only applies to orders dispatched within the UK.

5) I the event that your order is time time sensitive, such as Christmas, a birthday, or a spiritual event, we encourage you to check for any possible industrial action taking place with the carrier to see which services will be affected prior to placing your order, though we endeavour to keep you up to date with any potion delivery issues that we know of, if you really want the package promptly then you’ll check to see which services are affected before ordering.

6) We offer free click and collect service from our shop in Crawley town centre from 2nd December 2023, so if you’d rather nip by to pick up your order, you can select that option at the checkout. All orders are picked at the end of each business day and will be ready for collection from the next business day. Please bear this in mind when you are placing an order as orders placed after 6pm won’t get picked until the end of the following business day. Lastly, any click and collect orders that are ‘payment on collection’ and haven’t been paid for at the time of ordering will need to be picked up and paid for within 48 hours of ordering, otherwise it goes back on sale.

7) We aim to dispatch all shipped orders within 2 working days, but this may be delayed in the event of industrial action on behalf of the preferred postal service (usually Royal Mail) but in this event will ship your order at the earliest opportunity.

8) In the event that you should decide to purchase more than one item from the shop, you will only be charged the most expensive postage price, and the other items will be packaged together with it. In most cases, this will be a Tracked 48 service.

Additional Charges and Taxes

All prices include taxes and there are no additional charges. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be liable for further taxes and customs fees in your home country.
