35 mm pyramid of zebra agate
This distinctive black and white-banded rock is a sedimentary rock from the east Kimberley of Western Australia is called ‘zebra rock’ or ‘zebra stone’, or ‘zebra agate’. Composed essentially of small particles of quartz and ‘sericite’ (fine-grained white mica), zebra rock also contains the minerals kaolinite, dickite and alunite.
As this is a natural product, the stone you get may vary from the one in the picture.
