Pyrite Pyramid

Description

This is a dazzling pyramid of drusy pyrite, measuring 5 cm across and weighing 240 g. It originates from Peru and is packaged in a gift box. The one in the picture is the one you’ll get.

Pyrite is an iron sulfide, with the chemical formula FeS. It usually forms in a cubic structure. When polished into spheres like this, you get a highly polished smooth surface in addition to what appears as ‘holes’ with little drusy crystals forming inside. This one is incredible.
