Description
This is a 1 hour workshop aimed at learning about feldspars like labradorite, moonstones, amazonite, unakite and others, and will cover the geological aspect of formation, where they’re found , and how they get their colour. This won’t be a class about what all the crystals do, or any healing/spiritual meanings and we won’t have time to answer questions on this or go into any of this during the session.

Feldspars
Feldspars are found in every part of the rock cycle, but are commonly found in igneous rocks like granite, as they precipitate out in magma as it cools. Feldspars may also be formed as metamorphic minerals in veins of other rocks, which involves both heat and pressure (see feldspar with tourmaline).
Anyone under the age of 16 will need an adult to accompany them. Any adults accompanying minors will not need to buy a space. There is a minimal fee to cover costs of the session, however this doesn’t include any crystals or minerals.
